Last week, I came across several blogs all discussing the same topic: how discouraging it can get in our field of writing, getting published and selling.
Thought I'll contribute a round of pictures/pins to cheer us on and stoke that productivity fire (don't worry, it's a gentle kindle). I could certainly use these whenever my own fire subsides beneath wet wood and smelly smoke replaces it.
Reminder to self: block out all the could-haves and should-haves, and focus on your work today. Sometimes, it doesn't feel like what you're doing adds up, but it does. They all do.
Reminder to self: do your utmost best then let it go. And do this ...
And if, on certain tedious days, depending on your passion just doesn't quite cut it, then maybe the person or people mentioned below can help you get through.
Can you think of one person who didn't quit on you?

Really enjoyed the honest voice of this narrator ~ a teenager let down by his mother and the foster care system, and almost-picked up through his involvement with a gang.
