We all love good stories, and half the time they come from TV shows instead of books (or they're adapted to screen from books). Here are shows I adore, some slightly more than the rest:
Um yea, I do have a thing for crime and legal drama.
So what do I love about these? The pacing, characters, dialogue, and storylines ... Sometimes the characters stay with you for so long you find it difficult to cope when they are off the shows (Elliot Stabler, Will Gardner, Kalinda Sharma ~ every governmental institution ought to have a few Kalindas.) I also wish to especially point out LINE OF DUTY (BBC) because its pacing is incredible.
And whenever I feel a need for a jolt in work motivation, I go to these two series, both from Aaron Sorkin: THE WEST WING and THE NEWSROOM. I might not always follow what they are talking about (especially politics), but they always get my blood pumping good.
That's it for me. How about you? What do you like to watch?

Really enjoyed the honest voice of this narrator ~ a teenager let down by his mother and the foster care system, and almost-picked up through his involvement with a gang.
